Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of brand image, product quality and price on VANS shoe customer satisfaction in Yogyakarta. The population in this research is VANS shoe costumers in Yogyakarta. The sampling method used non probability sampling and got 80 respondent. Data in this research are primary data, data obtained directly from the data sources. Data analysis in this research used quantitative methods and data processing in this research using SPSS tools. The results showed that brand image has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, product quality has no significant effect on customer satisfaction and price has a significant effect on customer satisfaction.
