Abstract

Nowadays, internet becomes a tool of providing information and purchasing products. The advancement of internet technology allows consumers to choose the method of purchase through an online shop, because this is a way that can facilitate consumers in purchasing products that are fast and efficient without visiting the store and take up consumer time. This research is to examine what factors a person does to make purchases in e-commerce. This research uses factors that can provide a positive experience when making a purchase in an online shop. Therefore, the aim of this research is to find out whether with good web quality and accurate information quality can provide trust and ease of use when shopping at an online shop, so that consumers make repeated purchases. This research used 153 respondents who had made purchases through an online shop. Hypothesis testing was done by PLS (partial least square). And test of the validity and reliability was done by using factor analysis in SPSS 22. In hypothesis 1, it was supported that website quality has a positive effect on trust. Hypothesis 2 was supported, namely the quality of the web has a positive effect on ease of use. Hypothesis 3 is supported, namely the quality of information has a positive effect on trust. Hypothesis 4 was supported, namely the quality of information has a positive effect on Ease of Use. Hypothesis 5 was supported, namely trust has a positive effect on Online Repurchase Intention. Hypothesis 6 was supported, namely ease of use has a positive effect on Online Repurchase Intention. It can be concluded that all hypotheses in this study are acceptable and have a positive effect.
