Abstract

PT Borobudur Oto Mobil is a company engaged in the field of goods and services. Sales of vehicles and spareparts as well as providing sales of services in the form of vehicle maintenance/repair. As a company that provides spareparts, the company must have merchandise which is Mitsubishi brand spareparts. Spareparts become the company’s inventory of merchandise that is intentionally purchased for resale, so that it becomes income for the company. Merchandise inventory records must be carried out properly to avoid merchandise loss. Assistance from information technology is one way for companies to record merchandise inventory belonging to the company which is expected to use the assistance of this information technology, recording merchandise inventory can minimize losses and make it easier for companies to monitor and control the movement of inventory.
