The author is interested in one of the bank institutions in Indonesia that is able to reach a wide area and is able to help the people, so that it brings the author to do an apprentice at the Kusuma Sumbing Rural Bank Incorporated Company. Kusuma Sumbing Rural Bank located in Diponegoro street No. 210, Parakan 56254. Implementation apprentice go on during around three months started since 06 September – 05 December 2021. Throughout apprentice occur, the author was placed in the Operational Section, specifically the Customer Sevice Subdivision and The Savings – Deposits Administration Subdivision. The author participates in various activities and work organized by the institution. During doing the work, the author found some problems. In the Customer Service Subdivision, the author has several problems, one of which is a queuing system that does not use an electronic system. In the Savings – Deposit Administration Subdivision, the author also found several problems, one of which was sending proof of the extension of deposit interest that had not been sent online by email. The author got a lot of new knowledge form of work practices that were not obtained during lectures. This makes the author’s mind and point of view open to something. The hope of this is that the author can prepare himself to enter the real world of work.
