Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of obedience pressure, time budget pressure, self-esteem, and auditor experience on audit judgment. The population in this study are auditors who work at a Public Accounting Firm in the Yogyakarta area. The sample used in this study amounted to 39 respondents. The method used is convenience sampling. The data collection method used is a survey method using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 25 software for windows. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Obedience pressure has no effect on audit judgment, this is evidenced by the t-count -0.456 which is smaller than t-table 2.032 and the significance value is 0.651 > 0.05. (2) Time budget pressure has no effect on audit judgment, this is evidenced by the t-count -1.274 which is smaller than t-table 2.032 and the significance value 0.211 > 0.05. (3) Self-esteem has an effect on audit judgment, this is evidenced by the t-count 3.780 > t-table 2.032 and the significance value 0.001 ≤ 0.05. (4) Auditor experience has an effect on audit judgment, this is evidenced by the value of t-count 3.857 > t-table 2.032 and significance value 0.000 ≤ 0.05.
