Abstract

This research aims to know the effect of compensation, Work environment, and leadership style towards part time employee satisfaction at PT Aseli Dagadu Djokdja, and to know which sub variable that affect part time employee satisfaction at PT Aseli Dagadu Djokdja. By using double analysis regression, there was equation Y= 10.728 + 0.352X1 + 0.30X2 +0.201X3. the hypothesis using t formula in variable compensation towards work satisfaction with α/2 =0.025 was obtained t counting 2.920. it was bigger than t variable which was 1.985. It can be stated that compensation had significant effect on work satisfaction. Using t formula in variable work environment toward work satisfaction with α/2 = 0.025 was gotten t counting 3.388 which was bigger than t table 1.985. It had also significant effect on work satisfaction. Using t formula in variable leadership style towards work satisfaction with α/2 = 0.025 was gotten t counting 2.606 whish was bigger than t table 1.985. the leadership style had significant effect on work satisfaction. Where as F experiment with α = 5% was gotten F counting 36.111 which was bigger than F table 2.70. it meant compensation, Work environment, and leadership style had significant effect towards work satisfaction simultaneously. It meant the hypothesis that stated compensation, work environment, and leadership style affect the work satisfaction partially and simultaneously was accepted. Based on the coefficient regression and Constanta computation, the compensation had highest βscore 0.352, it meant the compensation variable was the most dominant effect toward the work satisfaction because the variable was able to give the best compensation to the part time employee of PT. Aseli Dagadu Djokdja. The conclusion of this research was compensation, Work Environment, and leadership style affect the work satisfaction partially and simultaneously of part time employee at PT Aseli Dagadu Djokdja. And the most dominant effect was the compensation effect.
