Abstract

Every company is trying to achieve the goals set by top management. The company's goal include growth, profits, productivity, employee welfare and so on. The survival and growth of a company is not only determined by the success in financial management based on capital strength, or money alone, but also determined its success managing human resources. The role of human resources in a company is important. And employee performance can be measured through work motivation, transformational leadership and job satisfaction. This study was to determine the effect of work motivation, transformational leadership and job satisfaction to employees performance at PT. Madubaru Yogyakarta. This research was conducted with survey method and carried out in a population of 339 permanent employees of PT. Madubaru Yogakarta. With this method, the sample slovin to 78 employees. The sampling technique used by the method of proportionate stratified random sampling, and testing techniques of data used in this study include validity, reliability, classic assumption test, multiple linear analysis, t-test and test-f by using application software IBM SPSS Statistics version 22. The data collected is tested for validity and reliability test, the result of which all data is declared valid and reliable. The results of the analysis and discussion show that: (1) There is a significant relationship between work motivation on employee performance. (2) There is a significant relationship between transformational leadership on employee performance. (3) There is a significant relationship between job satisfaction on employee performance. (4) There is a significant relationship between work motivation, transformational leadership and job satisfaction on employee performance together.
