Abstract

The human resource have seen by organization as a valuable asset which is the existencies of it must be protected. Organization should improve the quality of human resource in all of the activities. There are some ways to improve it, one of the way is giving a training. PDI Perjuangan as a political organization always giving such as training activity for improving member’s quality and surprisingly the training activity is able in resulting a lot of member who has a good quality. The aim of the research is to test the effect of trainer’s reputation and political career’s on pre-training motivation and the understandability of training material with organization’s experience and member’s loyalty as the moderating variable. This research shows that trainer’s reputation doesn't have positive effect on pre-training motivation. Another result show that political career’s planning have positive effect on pre-training motivation and then pre-training motivation giving a positive effect on the understandability of training material. The research also find’s that organization’s experience doesn’t moderate the positive effect of trainer’s reputation on pre-training motivation. Another result also shows that organization’s experience is able to moderate the positive effect of political career’s planning on pre-training motivation and organization’s experience is able to moderate the positive effect of pre-training motivation on the understandability of training’s material. This research shows that member’s loyalty doesn’t able to moderate the positive effect of trainer’s reputation on pre-training motivation. The member’s loyalty is able to moderate the positive effect of political career planning on pre-training motivation and also member’s loyalty is able to moderate the positive effect of pre-training motivation and also member’s loyalty is able to moderate the positive effect of pre-training motivation on the understandability of training’s material.
