Abstract

The objective of this research is to find out these following maters: the influence of organizational culture and work environment toward the organization performance pass through motivation and work satisfaction as mediation varaible; This research uses survey, sampling method and questioners as the tools in collecting the main data. This research is collected data from eye hospital Dr. YAP Jogjakarta. Used regression to analyze the variabel by using software spss 14. This research shows these following results: there is a significant influence of organizational culture and work environment toward motivation for 0.317 and 0.445, there is a significant influence of motivation toward employee satisfaction for 0.656, and a significant influence of employee satisfaction toward performance for 0.493. This research result is useful for the next researchers to fine another variabel that’s influence performance.
