Abstract

This study aims at empirically examining: (1) the impact of leadership, physical job environment and compensation on employees performance in PT. Pertamina (Persero) UPms III Terminal Transit Utama Balongan, Indramayu; (2) the most influential factors on employees performances in PT. Pertamina UPms III Terminal Transit Utama Balongan, Indramayu among three factors that is leadership, physical job environment and compensation. Population of this research are employees of PT. Pertamina (Persero) UPms III Terminal Transit Utama Balongan, Indramayu. The respondents of this research consist of 72 employees. Data are analyzed using multiple regression analysis, multiple correlation analysis and partial correlation analysis. The results of this study are: (1) regression model: Y = 46,812 + 0,264X1 – 0,324 X2 + 0,271 X3 + ε. From this model, founded that all independent variables have impact on dependen variable; (2) the result of partial correlation is that there are impact of leadership, physical job environment and compensation on employees performance in PT. Pertamina (Persero) UPms III Terminal Transit Utama Balongan, Indramayu. Among three independent variables, compensation has the stronger impact on employees performances in PT. Pertamina (Persero) UPms III Terminal Transit Utama Balongan, Indramayu. It can be shown from coefficient value of compensation variable which bigger than phisical job environment and leadership variable. Among three independent variables, compensation also has the strong correlation with employees performance in PT. Pertamina (Persero) UPms III Terminal Transit Utama Balongan, Indramayu, with correlation value 23,2%.
