Abstract

The purpose from this research is to test the influence from salesperson competence, service quality, salesperson credibility, compability to trust and trustworthiness which will have an affect on purchase intention. The number of respondents in this research was 227 respondent and data collection in this research used questionnaire with purposive sampling method. The result of the analysis in this research found that salesperson competence, service quality, credibility, and compatibility have a positive influence to trustworthiness. Then, service quality, salesperson credibility, and compatibility also affect to trust. In addition, trustworthiness also has a positive effect on trust and purchase purchase intention. However, in this research there were two hypotheses that did not have an affect. That is, salesperson competence to trust and trustworthiness to purchase intention.
